Hi I have purchased my virgin broadband on 11th of October 2021.I have been told I will received £75 Amazon voucher after 120 days.it’s been more than 120 days and I am still waiting for my voucher?

If you took up this offer via VM and not through a third a party then the following link should help

If it was via Giftcloud or broadband chocies then the following applies
You need to contact the Decision Technologies Support Team at
customer.services@broadbandchoices.co.uk
and quote the following:
1.your purchase date,
2. the product/package purchased
3. Order ref. WS[and 7 numbers]
4. If you have a link to the T&C (not required)

I have the same issue as reported here. On November 10th, 2021, I signed up via the Virgin Media website and haven't received my £75 Amazon voucher yet. I tried to contact vouchers@broadbandchoices.co.uk as instructed but have received only automatic responses and no update on my case.
Can you help me?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your voucher.
Please could you let us know how you took your package out with us, was it directly though the virgin media website or via a 3rd party website.
