I had Virgin media done on 6 January
supposeed to get a Amazon voucher and still not received
tried so many times contains them first time they saw it on screen but hadywaited long enough now just get cut of after 45 mins on hold

Sigh up to virgin in January with Amazon voucher offered on installation
contacted them 1 month later and was told had to have it longer still not heard owt tried calling but constrain hold for ages then gets cut off wish I hadn't gone with them customer service is terrible

It was through yourselfs as far as I know when I contacted virgin they could see it on there system but had been in contact long enough but have now and heard nothing
