Account number

Joining in

I’m having my broadband installed on the 10th of February but would like to change the date. I can’t log into to Virgin to sign up to do that as I haven’t received an account number or customer area reference any help please thank you.

Unfortunately we won't be able to change the date for you on this platform sorry.

What you need to do is reach out to the pre install team on 0345 454 1111, they are open until 9PM tonight.

They will be able to get this changed for you. Thanks
