I am two years virgin customer. I recently moved to new house with virgin. Since I transferred virgin to my new house, I am not able to see my bill but can log in. I have called virgin too many many times, they told me they are transferring my information, it’s been 4 days, my problem is still not being sorted. I called virgin over 10 times, they just give me a same answer. Does someone can help? I am thinking to leave virgin now as virgins service is super inefficient.
I have received my new account number. Every time I called virgin, they just told me they are transferring data for me, let me log in my account late. But when I log in after a few hours, there is nothing changed.
