Account details incorrect

Hi, I've recently joined Virgin Media and although I had chatted with an agent previously to update the spelling of my last name and include my husband on the account, that change doesn't seem to come up on my end.

My last name is spelled incorrectly and our direct debit account holder details are incorrect as well.
