Account Transfer / Transfer of responsibility

Hello,

We have an account with VM for broadband, television and phone.

Account holder has now moved into a care home

Ideally we wish to discuss the transfer/ToR process, and make adjustments to the package itself

Would be quite happy to go into more detail privately with a customer rep if this is possible, I had posted on this board some time ago unfortunately it was all sidetracked due to unforeseen circumstances at that time, and as you will be all too aware, this year hasn't been much better!

Thanks for the reply I am aware of those pages,

There is POA in place and I already have full access to the account

I just checked my inbox and found the information for the nice lad that i spoke to last time so going to try messaging them
