Account Registration Issue

I'm a new customer and trying to register my account.

I've already had two bills from Virgin with the required information to register included on the bills however it keeps saying nothing exists. Surely it has to exist for me to be billed?!

Can you please confirm if you've been able to clear the cache on the browser you're using or try an alternative browser to see if this completes the registration for this service?



Hi David,

Yes, I've cleared the cache and attempted this on 3 different browsers. I've also attempted the registration on multiple mobile and desktop devices.
