£95 Amazon voucher

I signed up to virgin media months ago and I was suppose to receive a £95 Amazon voucher I still haven’t received anything about this and I signed up through the link it was attached to I wondered when will I received my voucher

Hi, 

I looked at this before posting on here.

Managed to get through to someone on WhatsApp and they are organising the money to come off my account. 
They can’t work out why the voucher has not been sent even after the chat early this week.
