Hi,
I have been trying desperately to contact VM to cancel the delivery update as we are not available at home!
Can somebody in VM please cancel this delivery for us!!!

VM seemingly have tried to cancel but cannot currently contact Yodel.
Cannot do anything now as I only got notification this morning that stuff would be delivered tomorrow!

If you have a V6 box the upgrade is done via the box. It is new software that gets downloaded. The delivery will be the 360 remote, which should fit through the letterbox.
The driver will leave a card with your tracking details on to rearrange a delivery.
