£25 "Appointment Charge" for no reason

Having recently negotiated a discount for my existing TV/Broadband/Phone package with an agent via text message, I note that there is a £25 "Appointment Charge" on the Service Change Receipt. 

1) What is this supposed to cover?

2) How do I get it removed?
