why doesnt my 1471 work its been out since storm eurnice

storm Eunice took out our landline as well as others locally, since then we havent been able to use 1471 -- I rang 150 and a lady told me to dial 1475, wait for a tone then hang up, which I did, but it still doesnt work.

Eunice had a lot to answer for didn't she....

the 1471 is working which is great!!! --- but on my phone although numbers are stored in the phone, they are not coming up telling me who is calling - it just says incoming call.   

Hi again, It will be Eunice again knocking the Caller Display off, Its an easy fix so don't worry.

I have booked the first engineer appointment we have available
You can check and reschedule this appointment through your online account if you need to
You can also cancel it if the fault has gone

I cant see where the appt is!! --- I'm not doing this on a mobile phone but on a computer please can you tell me when the engineer is coming or point me in the right direction, because it tells me to download the app!! -- which I dont want.
