Re: telephone line down 3 months + unacceptable damage to my house by Virgin team

When are any of Rebecca; Andy or Shabrish in the ‘Executive Office’ going to get back to me (as they have all promised) with:
1. a solution to our telephone line?
2. a compensation amount for the damage to the wall of our house?
3. compensation for our loss of service over an absurd period of time?
None of this difficult – it just needs someone to take charge. Please stop sending me nonsensical messages meanwhile.
