What area code are you trying to call? Are you having any issues contacting other numbers?

Hi Zak_M,

The problem is I cannot call my wife's phone, which is on the same virgin account as I am. She can receive and make calls to me and everyone else. I can call anyone in my Iphone contacts except for my wife.

Are you able to confirm for me, have you checked the number hasn't been blocked accidentally from your handset? Have you recently joined VM for mobile services?

My number is not blocked on my wife's phone. We joined Virgin in August, and at that time we were told this issue was her phone so we bought a new one, but it has not made any difference.  I have searched the forum's and tried lots of suggestions but nothing we can do has fixed it.  It is clearly a Virgin network problem.

Can you confirm if this is on a network call or through WiFi calling?

If my wife's Virgin phone is on wifi calling, everyone else can call her however I cannot from my Virgin phone reliably from either Network or if I am on Wificalling.

The other post has been live for a long time and it has not fixed the issue hence my post here as the problem is closer to what I am experiencing.  

Does your post mean that it is being actively worked on? I look forward to hearing what is actually being done.
