I was wondering what happens to others who have been given a date for switchover but not received the adapter to connect in time.?I was given 4th may for switchover but no adapter arrived then spent hours trying to explain this and ended up with being told an adapter had been ordered for me then i was being told an engineer had been booked.? I do not need an engineer just an adapter,I was told i could not cancel the engineer.10 minutes later was told engineer had been cancelled and adapter was on its way..later in the evening checked my account as new bill had turned up and noticed an engineer was booked to come 24th may..why does nobody listen.? Anyway my phone is still working which i was reading others had been cut off..why are adapters not sent out in time it's not hard to do.?
