no dial tone

Hi, Our phone hasn't been working for a couple of days.  No dial tone.  I've unplugged from socket etc and replugged but no good.  I ran a landline test via your website which said there was no issue.  Can you help please?

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the line, can you confirm if you've been able to test another handset?

Hi thanks for the response.  I have a two phones in the set and neither are working.  Display says 'check phone line'.

Thanks for coming back to me. I've ran further checks and we do need a technician visit to the property to fix this dial tone issue. I'll PM you now with the details.
