Looking for one of the forum team can help. In the last week my telephone (landline) caller ID has stopped working. When I use my mobile to call my house it comes up as "external call" despite being programmed into my house phone and it happens on other calls also.

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm very sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your Caller ID feature on your landline!
If your landline is connected via the wall socket, please try unplugging your landline and then re-connecting it. If your landline is connected via the broadband Hub, please reboot the Hub to see if this helps clear up the issue.
Have you recently changed landline phones at all?

Thanks for coming back to us in the Community to update us.
I've refreshed things this side for you and the Caller Display is showing as active. Can you please do another reboot on the hub and your handset.
Once they are both powered off, turn the hub back on and wait a few minutes. Pop the handset power back on then try again.
Let us know how that goes.
