Workmen digging next door have cut through the cable to my brother's phone. They said they would report it but nothing has happened. His neighbour emailed virgin who phoned him back and told him to ring 61533851165209 to book an appointment. He phoned this number but it was not a valid number. He is 83 , not well and panicking. Thanks so much for that, I appreciate your help. However, is there any chance it could be brought forward as my brother is 83, not well and dependant on his landline - he has a pay as you go mobile but has used his allowance sorting out this problem and cannot afford to keep topping it up.
