Voicemail randomly switched on - need it removed

Suddenly out of the blue the voicemail facility has turned on when i never requested it. Can a mod message me to arrange to have it turned off please as no option in the settings.

Can you confirm if this is regarding a Virgin Mobile or a Virgin Media landline service? We're eager to get this looked into further.
