Has anyone tried using a "Truecall Blocker" device on virgin phone lines.
A friend has been issued with one from the local council support to block nuisance calls as she is a vulnerable adult, however it does not produce enough REN signal to ring her handset which only illuminates when a call is passed through it.
Phone, a BT2500, is working perfectly, has been reset to defaults, ring when directly connected but fails to ring when connected through Truecall.
Just trying to eliminate source of problem, device, phone or line!
Any and all help appreciated.
