Telephone switchover

Is there any way to find out when my landline will switch from the old connection to the new cable network one?

Hey @smiler123, thanks for speaking out to us and a warm welcome to the Virgin Media forums.

Unfortunately there are no set dates for the landline switchover to be done.
However, if requested, we can set this up manually.
Let us know if you'd like to.

Generally, this is an automated process and phased approach through all of our customers with the aim to complete this by the end of this current year.
