Speaking with an agent if 150 and the other # doesn't work?
Been a virgin mobile customer for years and trying to update my credit card info, all the numbers on your website don't work for me the 150 the 0345.... THIS has been so annoying since I can't access any of my online account either because the passwords and e-mails aren't being recognized!

I don't know what the international dialing prefix is? SO Virgin Mobile has no customer support in the USA? I got a text from them saying my Credit Card on file for autopay is expiring and I need to update my online account which I can't access either? This is ridiculous.
