I’m a new customer (broadband, tv and tel) and got a text from virgin re transfer my home tel line
I need to reply to the text reply with “CHAT” but this message gets not delivered as I get the “message send failure” reply on every try …
I tried to get an answer using the online chat but to no avail

Having exactly same issue. Need to go back about an installation but cannot as the reply 'CHAT' constantly does not send via text. Did you manage to sort it?
