What happens to an elderly relative Who has virgin TV and landline, but no broadband service? Can they still have a home phone when these changes are brought in?

Hi @chocolatepenny thanks for your post here, we hope you're well.
If someone doesn't have our broadband services, we will still supply them with a broadband Hub in order to connect their landline but we won't charge them for this.
The Hub will simply act as a station in order for the landline to work, no WiFi or internet will be obtainable through this (hence the no-charge).
