Question about line rental

On our wavelength

So had an engineer come fix my home phone last week

They didnt fix my line, they didnt even look at it.

Asked me if id like my phone on my hub 5, i agreed and im happy with it aswel but its only for backup anyway.

Whats my Telephone Line Rental charge for now? i don't have a working line? its over the internetvirgin line rental.png

Hey @spac3n3rd thanks for reaching out to us on the forums.

The new VOIP line is the phone line services running across the broadband network.
With that setup it is the initial setup and not a back up service, although there is a secondary backup line available if needed in the case of an emergency.
The line rental amount will remain the same as the service has transferred over through the broadband network.
