Have you got call barring set up on your line? You normally pay extra to have this feature added (typically an extra £2.25 to £4 per month along with other phone features)

See pages 8 and 9 of the VM phone manual.

Dial 1765 on your VM landline to find out your phone colour area.

Hi Aiden3,

Welcome to the community and thank you for getting in touch.

Call barring is a feature that we add at the request of a customer. We can remove this feature from the service or a pin can be set up on the line to override the service which will allow you to make a call. Information on the bar feature and how to set this up can be found on page 8 here

If you would prefer to remove the feature from the service, please let me know and I will get this arranged.

Thank you

Nat

Thanks to all who answered. I spoken with Customer service and the block has been lifted
