My existing phone number was not ported when you installed my new services yesterday. I cannot cancel my old broadband with Vodafone without losing the number at the same time so need that number ported.

Once you is active the phone number will be transferred no more than 10 days, as long as the previous line is still active with no disconnection order on it.

have spoken to someone now - It was missed but they say they can port it by Sept 21st - we shall see.
