Phone adapter

My phones are moving to fibre on 6th December.

I have had a letter (dated 10th November )telling me the adapter has been sent but I have not received it.

I called on 15th November to request one be sent. The lady said it would be with me in 5 days but still not received.

Can you help please ?

Normally these can take 3 - 5 working days so as it stands this is still in the time frame.

If it does not turn by up by the 23rd please do reach out and we can get this looked into for you. Thanks
