Called up to order adapter but not received anything.
Message said home phone would cease to work after 5th Jan.
Cutting it a bit fine imo.

Thanks for posting, and welcome back to the Forums.
I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your adapter. We've recently put an immediate pause on all migration activity as per a new directive that has been agreed with the UK Telecoms industry, OFCOM and the Government.
As a result, any services due to migrate, will remain as is for the forseeable future. Once this activity resumes, you'll receive the adapter within 7 days of your migration.

Thanks for the reply, shame Virgin couldn't be bothered to inform customers of this decision. Had to go through the 15 minute hold process to be told this. Also raised that the only way to order an adapter is via the phone which is ridiculous.
