Recent switched to TV 360 where landline is connected to router previously connected to cable from road where an outside garden bell was connected with a double connection alongside phone and worked fine, since connected to router bell does not work, Virgin have no idea what l am on about, any help appreciated.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your external bell not working after switching to our Fibre phone.
It may well be now you have been upgraded, the traditional landline is now de active and wont send a signal the external Bell.
With 3rd party equipment we don't have any support scope.
Sadly it might be best to look at a bell that works with VOIP.

Is the external bell now connected to the phone socket on the VM hub and the bell is not ringing?
Or is the bell now disconnected and has not been reconnected to the telephone socket on the hub?
What sort of age is the external bell unit?
