1. Enter this code into your phone: **61*+447953222222**30#
2. Press the call or answer key
3. Your phone will do the rest
To change the number of seconds your phone rings to either 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 seconds, just replace the last part of the code – **30# – with your choice of seconds. For example, if you want the phone to ring for 15 seconds, enter **15#. The most you can extend it to is 30 seconds.
Hi @Morkjc
I'm afraid the above only works on mobiles.
A member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you in a day or two and extend the ring time.

Hi Morkjc, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the landline.
I will send you a private message so that this can be looked into further.
Please look out for the purple envelope.
Kind regards, Chris.

My elderly parents are having the same problem. They cannot possibly get to the phone even in thirty seconds. Can you please contact me directly so that I can let you know the phone number and find out how to increase the number of rings substantially.
Ideally this would be an unlimited number of rings, as used to be the case. Both my parents need a stick to move around the house and it is distressing for them to get up, move towards the phone and then find the caller has been cut off.
Thank you in advace for dealing with this.
Richard

Hi @Richard601 👋,
A warm welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post.
We can most certainly help extend the number of landline rings for your Parents landline. Just to let you know the maximum number of rings we can extend to is 10.
I will pop you a PM now to confirm some details and we can take it from there 😊
