Number Port

Hi I have recently signed up to Broadband, TV and Landline. I was told my old landline number would be ported. Everything is up and running now but unfortunately my number was not ported. How do I go about requesting Number Port please.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear your number port hasn't been completed.


Can you confirm if the number is still active with your old provider? If so, I can pop you over a private message to help further.

The engineer took my land line number and requested port and I have just checked the phone and I now have a different landline number. 

Can you confirm if the landline number you want to keep is still active with your old provider?

 

If the line is no longer active we would be unable to port it.

No like I said earlier, I requested to keep my old number and  the engineer did this on his phone to port but I have been given a new number?

The number you're wanting to keep- have you spoke with your old provider about this number? Is it no longer active?
