For 2 weeks now I’ve had no landline. 
I have repeatedly called virgin and been told that the issue would be fixed with 4 hours but still nothing. 
My last call an engineer left me waiting for 45 minutes only to be told again that there is an issue and promised it would be fixed with 4/6 hours. 
It’s not good enough! Please somebody sort this out. I am paying for a service that is not being provided and treated like there is no urgency.

On checking things from our side, we can see that there is a known issue impacting the landline service in your area. 

This has been logged and the team are working to get it resolved. The current estimated fix time for this is the 30th January 12:20pm.
