I have no home phone AGAIN, only last week I reported this, it says check line cord...it says that because there are no incoming calls...this is unacceptable ny circumstances are such that I need a working phone at the moment this is stressing me out NO END.

Thank you for replying, the line is working again for the moment 🙄 but I've sent you the details, like I said my circumstances yesterday were such that I really needed my landline for important calls, and I didn't realise it was off until I tried to call out [having heard nothing for a couple of hours on a very important matter] so you can imagine the scenario, I nearly threw the phone out of the window.😫

As my colleague has advised, please do keep us updated. Regrettably whilst your service is active we cannot look into getting an engineer etc to look into your intermittent landline service.
