Just had a massive rain storm and now me and my neighbour don't have a working landline? No dial tone nothing tried running the test and I get oops? I've done all suggestions cables etc and the app says all good?

I have checked your account and I can see that there is an outage currently affecting your landline service. It is due to be fixed by 12.05am on the 29th. I'm so sorry about the inconvenience. Are you able to give us a message back tomorrow morning and let us know how things are looking?
