No dial tone

Hi all

I am a new virgin media customer, everything is working barring the landlines. I have tried 3 seperate phones in the virgin master socket and still get no dial tone. I have tried the diagnostic on the virgin site and that reports no issues. 

Any suggestions???

HI scott1976, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the service? Has this ever worked? Is it showing no dial tone? Can you confirm if you are still having issues with this or has it since been resolved? ^CW

No this has never worked. We have had the new virgin package for around 10 days now and still have no active phone line.

Thanks for confirming,

 

Looks like you're on our DOCSIS line, meaning the phoneline is through your hub.

 

Are you able to plug the line into the back of the hub?
