We've no dial tone on our phone, and it's not receiving calls. There was a power outage yesterday (20/5/22) at approx 4pm and since then the landline hasn't worked. The website says there are no issues with my landline nor in the area. Will I have to buy a new phone to check it's not our present one?

I'm so sorry to hear you're experiencing a loss of your Virgin Media Telephone service. I've taken a look into this and can see there is currently an outage that is causing this. Our engineers are hoping to have this resolved by 12pm this afternoon.
