I've taken a peek at your details using the information we have on here and cannot find any issues with the line and can confirm that it's provisioned properly and passes the check. Can you try and call your landline number and tell me what happens? Is there an error?
Thanks Stokerw. I've raised a ticket for our Telephony Team to take a look at the details in depth to see what they find. It can take them 48hrs but hope it's sooner than that and we'll get a tech out if necessary.
Hi Lisa. Solved the problem. I had the phone connected to input 2 on the router. I tried input 1 and that works fine. Input 2 is quite dead. I find that strange since I would have thought they would someone both be live.
Pleased to hear you managed to resolve it Stokerw. Some connections on our Hub may be for sending/receiving certain signals for example. I've cancelled the help ticket for now but please monitor it and let us know if you have further issues so we can take another look for you.
