So new hub 5 installed. Phone attached to dongle. And phone does not allow incoming calls. Outgoing work. Incoming when answered just drop the call. Tried another phone. Same thing.
and NO SUPPORT from Virgin first or second level.
what does it take to get help? When I’m paying a lot for the service.

For now this is still a known fault that the teams are working to resolve. It's possible that you issue may be unrelated but whilst the fault is open, we can't progress with your fault I'm afraid.
For now, it's a case of remaining patient. Once the team have resolved this and closed the ticket, if you are still having issues then we can help further.

i understand that. But the thing that is really getting me down is keep getting told that it will be fixed within 24 hours

We understand it's frustrating.
For now I would forget the 24 hour timescale as this is irrelevant with the fault ongoing.
