I have a new Hub3 which was set up a couple of weeks back and works OK for the internet but I received a new phone adapter a couple of days back that I plugged into the top port of the hub as instructed but it dosen't work. No dial tone or green phone icon. I can use my mobile to phone the home number and get a ringing tone but the home phone dosen't ring. My home phone's screen says there is a Line Cord Error. I hve followed all the instructions that came with the adapter and also unplugging, switching off then on and replugging in but still no home phone line. I have pm'd the chap that first helped me out with the new hub (waiting for a reply) so just wondering if anyone else can point me in the right direction, thanks

Sorry to hear about the issue with your line not working.
Can I just ask if the original telephone socket is still active?
If not, please let us know and we can send you a private message to pass security and check the account.

No it isn't as I have tried plugging the cord in but no signal
