Same Q as other's, router no where near phone so will need router and cabling relocated. Obviously prob's not my doing, so engineer call should be FOC!!

VM should be modifying your home phone wiring (rather than moving the router) which should allow you to keep all the existing equipment where it is. If, however, moving the router suits you, by having the router and phone in the same place, that should work too.

If, however, the router is moved to a new location, that may change how your wireless signal from the router propagates throughout your home and might change wireless coverage in different areas of your property.
