My phone is not working but I have not received my switchover date

Thank you for your post and welcome back to the community forums, it's great to have you here. 

 

I'm so sorry to hear that your phone is not working, can I just confirm, have you had an adapter to change your phone over to the Hub connection? 

 

If so have you tried connecting the phone via the Hub? 

I have the adapter. I will try and connect everything together.

I'm sorry to hear about the poor communication you've had, please check My Virgin Media to ensure all contact details are up to date on here.
I've had a look and in the area, the switchover went ahead on January 20th 2023.

Shocked switchover was on 20th January & no email or txt sent.

My details are up to date.
