We got a superhub 4 this week and on Friday signed up to 1Gb Broadband service.
Landline service has gone with the upgrade and we cannot get a dial tone. I need it for work tomorrow so its quite urgent!

We can see that the landline is currently on DOCSIS, is your landline handset plugged into the Hub?
We spoke to VM support yesterday and they resolved this remotely.
It is disappointing that this was not switched over properly when we upgraded the broadband service, but its all good now thanks!
