Landline won't receive incoming calls

Hi

My landline rings once before cutting out on incoming calls. It works for outgoing calls although the line quality is poor. I have tried the self-checks through the website which doesn't identify any issues. I've bought and returned 2 phones now thinking this was the problem but obviously not.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the land line service. 

Do you have any other pieces of equipment connected to your phone socket? This may include:
 

• Other telephones
• Personal Computers
• Faxes
• Modems
• Satellite TV digiboxes
• Micro-filters
• ADSL modem or router

All modems etc come from my digibox and it's just the landline that is plugged into the socket.

I've been able to book in an engineer appointment for you.

For details of the time and date of the appointment, and if you need to change or cancel your appointment you can do this online or via the MyVM app by 4pm the day before the appointment.
