Hi Dlo,

Thanks for posting 🙂

We're not able to advise which handsets are compatible, most modern handsets are.

Would just be a case of testing 🙂

So how do we know which phones to purchase then. The extension ones I have now don't work

I've got a BT 8500 multiple handset set, and they work fine with the Hub line, so I would expect yours would work.

What do you mean by your extensions don't work?

This isn't something we're able to advise Dlo I'm sorry.

Do you mean that your extension handsets are cordless and can no longer connect to the cordless based station?

Or do you mean that your telephone extension sockets on the wall no longer work when you plug in a corded phone?

(The latter would be expected post-switchover unless you ask VM to link your old telephone extension wall sockets into the new telephone connection from the back of the VM hub).
