I'm a fairly new customer, my landline isn't working. I've checked the handsets and connection sockets. Broadband and TV are working ok. The telephone display says Check Phone Line

Sorry to hear your landline is down. We can understand the inconvenience caused and we want to best help. Based on the information given, it appears it may be an issue with your service.
