Why is it now impossible to contact VM? How can I phone 150 to tell VM the phone isn't working when the phone's not working?

Thank you for your post, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your landline and have struggled to reach us. Thanks, seen and answered your PM. I just need to mention it no longer seems simple to get to the VM Community. I'm sure it used to be as soon as you clicked Help this option came up but not now, I was caught in and endless loop that had me checking the service status.
