Landline not working

No ring tone on landline. Incoming calls are getting the engaged tone.

Bizarrely after having no landline for possibly 4days I checked the line a few minutes ago and behold ….. it is now working!! Thank you I think

Have you been able to take a look at our Landline Faults page to see if this can help identify and resolve the issue?

Have you been able to un-plug and then re-connect your landline to the power source to see if this will help?

Have you been able to plug in a different landline phone to see if the handset is the issue?
