Landline not working

Landline has been out of action for last 10 days. Eventually had a Tech attend last night and said problem was with box at end of street which required another part. He said it would take 7days. This can't be right surely as my neighbours line is out of lorder as well.

I'm just replying publicly for the benefit of you and other users potentially affected.

This is a confirmed area fault now, so I do apologise for this but hopefully things should be fixed for you today.

The estimated repair time for this May 11th (today) at approximately 16:00.
