Landline not working

Hi, there is no dial tone on my elderly Grandma's landline phone. She can't call out and nobody can call her. It is connected to the wall socket. I have checked the service status and it says all fine and also checked it isn't a fault with the headsets.

Please can you help, it has been off for two days now.

Please can we rebook a technician, as despite my Grandma being in she has not heard the door 😢
