We are comparatively new members to V M.
We find our telephones will call out but they will not receive incoming calls now that we have changed to V M.
Can V M help please?
Also, we provided a PAC code and we were told that our land line should by now have changed back to our previous number but it does not seem to have done so.
Can V M help please?

I think you need to post on the Home Phone Forum rather than the E-Mail forum. I think it is a bad idea to use your name and put your account number on any public forum. If you can, I would edit it off.
